He is a man that exhibits the highest standard of excellence, in every aspect of his life. I can write this letter from a unique perspective. Not only do I work with Mr. Eklund as a fellow teacher, but I have also experienced his teaching first hand. He was my Junior High Sunday School teacher. He truly brings
LIFE to his Sunday School class:
He continues to dig into the Bible for relevant truth to share with his class.

He showed us that God loves all of us and has a way to reach all who come.

Mr. Eklund does a wonderful job of reminding his students of the need for others to know, and for giving them practical ways of inviting others. He has been able to develop that one-on-one rapport that so many young teens need.

Students must have a strong foundation to build anything permanent on. When students leave Mr. Eklund’s class they have that foundation. We are able to see the head and heart knowledge that the students enter youth ministry with.
